Ted Godbout
Ted Godbout has worked as a professional pianist and keyboardist throughout the Midwest and Northwest, performing with notable artists and groups such as Ron Miles, Mark Colby, and the Harry James Orchestra. He holds a Master's Degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance from St. John's University. Ted currently resides in Minneapolis and performs with a number of musicians and groups in the Twin Cities area, including the Nexus Ensemble, the Lila Ammons Jazz Quintet, the Cedar Avenue Big Band, and the Nova Jazz Orchestra. Ted is also an active educator and is on faculty at St. John's University and Chaska Music Studios. He has also taught at the University of Oregon as a Graduate Teaching Fellow in the areas of jazz studies and music theory.
