Kurt Nistler
From tight, funky rhythms to screaming leads, guitarist Kurt Nistler has it covered. With over 25 years on the instrument, Kurt is a 20 year veteran of the Twin Cities music scene. Having played with the likes of Renee Austin, Under Suspicion, Soul Power, Soul Foundation, New Groove Society and most recently, Herman Jones and My Funk Brother, Kurt has been seen on nearly every stage in town. From the Chicago Blues Festival to the First Avenue Main Stage and even the St. Paul River Centre Grand Ballroom, Kurt is equally comfortable onstage in the biggest clubs or the most prestigious black-tie private events.
